Senior Director

Job Description The Senior Director will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and expanding Bristlecone's business and relationship with clients. This role involves a deep understanding of client strategies, mapping business needs to technology solutions, and driving account growth and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Own a portfolio of accounts with P&L responsibility, aiming for defined growth goals. Build strong client relationships, especially with CXO-level interactions. Understand client business objectives and develop effective solutions using Bristlecone's services. Strategize and propose a range of solutions to clients, influencing their decision-making. Identify and discuss business value-added services for clients. Manage Client Technology Plans, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Regularly report to clients on project success and overall plan status. Support new client contract acquisition, including RFP/pitch support. Research and write Strategic Account plans. Build and lead a team of Client executives, focusing on growth KPIs. Qualifications 12-15 years of experience in advising customers on business solutions, especially in the hi-tech/semiconductor industry. Ability to understand business challenges and advise on the best fit solutions and technologies. Trusted advisor role with a deep understanding of hi-tech domain and operational models for revenue acceleration. Expertise in supply chain processes, tools, technologies, and partner ecosystems. Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce for productivity and CRM. Proven track record in retaining and growing accounts, creating large deals focused on digital Supply Chain transformation. Excellent communication skills for C-Level interactions and negotiations. Collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to leverage diverse technology teams. Proactive, creative, and innovative mindset, contributing new ideas and supporting team development.
