About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in healthcare account management to manage and grow strategic relationships with our hospital and physician practice partners. This is a fully remote role requiring deep familiarity with healthcare service line operations, outpatient program economics, and long-cycle relationship management — not a role for someone new to healthcare B2B sales.

You'll own the full account lifecycle: understanding partner needs, coordinating internal teams through program launch, identifying expansion opportunities, and guiding contract renewals. Success here depends on having already built the judgment to read a P&L, navigate hospital administrative structures, and earn trust with senior clinical and financial leadership — skills built over a career, not a quarter. xxzpjkt

What You Bring

7+ years of experience in healthcare account management, business development, or client services, with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts

Direct experience working with hospitals, physician practices, or outpatient service lines — wound care or hyperbaric medicine experience strongly preferred

Demonstrated consultative selling experience at the senior-leadership level, including presenting to hospital executives and physician partners

Fluency in analyzing financial and operational performance data and translating it into program recommendations

A history of managing full contract cycles — renewals, expansions, and long-term account retention

Comfort working independently and remotely, with established self-management habits from prior remote or field-based roles

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
