Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients, conducting assessments and delivering therapeutic interventions for those experiencing severe emotional and mental health disorders.

• Deliver integrative care through the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, ensuring access to necessary services.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to tackle presenting problems, enhance coping strategies, and support recovery processes.

• Perform brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for comprehensive assessments as needed to inform treatment planning.

• Monitor the client’s progress, ensuring timely completion of documentation, reports, and the necessary follow-ups related to their care.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts and be part of an on-call rotation to support clients in urgent situations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and contribute to team objectives and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
