Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will sit at the front desk and greet visitors. Provide high-level administrative support to the GM to ensure efficient operations and optimal use of time. Coordinate a global calendar with frequent international travel, ensuring alignment across time zones and organizational priorities. Maintain cadence and follow-through on key meetings, operational reviews, and strategic projectsdriving accountability and organization-wide visibility. Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, presentations, and agendas for executive staff meetings, customer and supplier briefings, and internal forums. Serve as a point of contact for the GMO with global leaders, employees, and external partners, demonstrating professionalism and good judgment. Track action items, proactively manage deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up and closure. Manage travel planning, logistics, and expense reporting with accuracy and foresight. Support internal communications to promote engagement, clarity, and alignment within the MN organization. Partner with the GM and other executive assistant staff on cross-functional coordination and provide backup support as needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Sauk Rapids, MN
Duration: 6 month Contract
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior managers in a dynamic, fast-paced, global organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with discretion, agility, and sound judgment.
- Track record of supporting leaders who manage complex operational environments and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
- Strong sense of ownership and service orientation; approachable and professional demeanor.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
