Role Description

Gibbs Giden is seeking exceptional attorneys (with 3+ years of experience) in construction litigation, real estate, and/or complex business/civil litigation to join our team in our Scottsdale office. We are primarily looking to bolster our presence in Arizona in our various core practice areas. Stand-up comedians and poor golfers are also a plus for our firm family.

Qualifications

• Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategies for clients
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Licensure to practice law in Arizona
• Experience in one or more of our core practice areas (especially construction, real estate, commercial litigation, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range

$150,000 - $200,000+ (depending on experience). Actual pay may vary based on a variety of factors, including applicable experience.
