What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency room setting using the nursing process
• Assess patient needs, develop, and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient treatment
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions
• Document care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and legal requirements

What You Need Required:

• Active Louisiana RN license
• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
• BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
