Beyond the dining room, the brand extends into apparel, gift cards, and community-driven experiences. We are a fast-moving, marketing-forward operation. Our brand identity, guidelines, and marketing systems are already built and running. What we need now is speed and consistency in execution as we grow across locations and channels. About the Role This role exists to solve one specific problem: execution speed. Our in-house Marketing Director owns strategy, the content calendar, and brand direction. The strategy is set. What we're missing is a dedicated designer who can turn that direction into polished, on-brand assets quickly and at volume, without the lag of an outside agency. You will be the go-to design resource embedded directly in our internal marketing team, producing the daily and weekly assets that keep our restaurants visible across social, email, and in-house channels. This is a high-output execution role built for someone who thrives on quick turnarounds and clear direction, not a role for someone looking to set creative strategy independently. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Brand Execution Design on-brand assets for social media, email campaigns, and in-house print materials (flyers, table collateral, event signage) Produce collateral for private events, catering, seasonal specials, happy hour, and promotions Support menu design and updates across locations Contribute design work for merchandise and apparel as needed Apply established brand guidelines consistently across every deliverable and multiple restaurant concepts Social & Short-Form Content Edit short-form video and motion content for social platforms (Reels, Stories, and similar) Adapt and resize assets across formats and channels efficiently Support the marketing team's content calendar with a steady flow of ready-to-publish visuals Collaboration & Workflow Work directly with the Marketing Director to translate direction into finished assets Manage a rolling queue of requests and prioritize for fast turnaround Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate without friction Maintain organized, accessible asset files and version control Required Qualifications 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in food & beverage, hospitality, or consumer/lifestyle brands Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva A portfolio demonstrating both digital (social, email) and print design work Proven ability to work quickly and produce high volumes of assets without sacrificing quality Comfort working within established brand guidelines rather than building from scratch Strong written and spoken English and clear communication Reliable full-time availability with EST overlap Preferred Qualifications Short-form video editing and basic motion graphics (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM-driven campaigns Direct hospitality or restaurant industry experience Comfort using AI-assisted design and video tools to move faster Photography or photo editing/retouching skills Ideal Candidate Profile You are: Fast and reliable — you take pride in quick turnarounds and being the person the team can count on Execution-minded — you're energized by bringing someone else's vision to life cleanly, not by fighting for creative control High-volume comfortable — a busy queue motivates you rather than overwhelms you Brand-disciplined — you keep everything consistent and on-guideline, every time Detail-oriented and self-managing — you stay organized and keep work moving without heavy oversight Collaborative — you take feedback well and iterate without ego Somewhere
