US - Lead Technical Support Specialist

IT Support SpecialistResponsible for working on remote issues, monitoring a ticket queue to manage incidents, and performing end-user support along with PC refresh tasks. You will also collaborate with both internal and external parties in resolution practices.Assisting with Incidents, Service Requests, and PC Refresh. Imaging of new equipment and installation of customer-provided software. Deployment of assets in multiple locations across the Infotree agencies. Assistance with user data/settings identification and restoration per customer instruction when applicable. Validation of hardware and application functionality. Providing post-deployment support for desktops/laptops. Interaction with customers, associates, contractors, and vendors as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. De-installation of assets including any necessary data removal per customer guidance. Remote resolution of Incidents when possible. Monitoring and tasking of Service Requests and Asset updates per Infotree direction.2+ years of IT support experience preferred. Associate degree in Information Technology or related technical program strongly desired. Strong ability to utilize clear and effective written and verbal communication. Strong organizational skills with a solution-based, problem-solving mindset. Experience displaying strong communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technically proficient IT professionals as well as end-users in an understandable and comprehensive manner. Experience providing end-to-end ownership for problems, issues, or escalations. Ability to travel. Infotree Global Solutions
