Finance Manager, Market Access — US Oncology

Finance Manager leading Gross-To-Net strategy and financial planning for the US Oncology Business Unit. This role oversees monthly GTN close, manages complex rebate and discount liabilities, ensures SOX compliance, and partners with Market Access and Contract Operations to support pricing and contracting decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly GTN close and manage liability balances for chargebacks, contracts, and discounts
- Develop and maintain cloud-based GTN forecasting system with accurate reporting and data integrity
- Build financial models for deal structuring and evaluate cost/benefit trade-offs for contracting strategies
- Partner with Finance and Market Access to create rebate and discount forecasts for business planning cycles
- Design and implement process automation solutions using CoPilot tools and GBS partners to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of financial experience
- In-depth Excel proficiency and MS Office applications knowledge
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Experience with Power BI or cloud-based financial solutions
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- CPA and/or MBA desired
Compensation: $122,760-$184,140 base
