Maintain accurate records of restricted fund activity, including commitments, expenditures, pledges, and balances across systems. Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation and respond to auditor requests related to financial and grant audits. Process and review invoices, payment requests and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with award requirements. Provide day‑to‑day guidance to departments regarding allowable spending, restrictions, and fund availability. What We’re Looking For (Competencies) Execution & Accountability: Ability to independently manage high‑volume, detail‑oriented work with minimal ramp‑up. Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. How We Work — Our Values Mission‑Focused: We inspire a lifelong love of science in everyone.
