As a valued remote SLP, you’ll provide essential speech and language services to K-12 students while enjoying the freedom to design your workday and select caseloads that fit your strengths.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure as required for providing school-based services
• Experience with remote/virtual therapy platforms preferred
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
• Tech savvy; access to reliable internet and up-to-date computer
• Previous school setting experience strongly desired
• Ability to engage students virtually and collaborate with educational teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and therapy for students in grades K-12
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain detailed documentation for all student interactions and progress
• Develop creative, individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
• Attend virtual meetings as required and communicate regularly with school staff
• Adapt strategies as needed based on student progress and feedback
