Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Kansas (CFY welcome to apply)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
• Experience working with children or within school systems
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans for individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school policies
• Conduct group and individual sessions in engaging, age-appropriate ways
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights into students’ educational plans
