Are you a payroll expert who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

100% remote

**MUST HAVE: Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now! We are looking for an end-to-end processor who has processed for over 3,000 employees

What You'll Do:

Process multi-state payroll from start to finish

• Audit timekeeping records and payroll data
• Manage employee pay changes, deductions, garnishments, and tax updates
• Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Support payroll audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Deliver outstanding support to employees while maintaining strict confidentiality

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of multi-state payroll (including CA) experience for large company payroll 3000+ employees
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel
• CPP certification preferred
• Detail-oriented professional with a commitment to integrity, service, and excellence
