Were CCMC a community management company specializing in master planned communities Our vision of inspiring a resident centric focus is brought to life by our core values Integrity Respect Service and Community The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing full cycle bi weekly payroll for multi state employees with a high degree of accuracy timeliness and compliance This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of payroll records auditing time and attendance data managing employee pay changes and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal state and local payroll regulations The Senior Payroll Administrator works closely with HR and Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies administer garnishments and withholdings and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality Additionally this role supports payroll audits system data integrity and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the payroll function The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to accuracy confidentiality and service in alignment with CCMCs core values of Integrity Respect Service and Community RESPONSIBILITIES Process full cycle bi weekly payroll for multi state employees Maintain payroll records with a high degree of accuracy and integrity Audit time and attendance records; calculate wages overtime and supplemental pay Execute payroll changes including deductions tax status updates and employment changes transfers promotions terminations Accurately calculate and distribute final wages in compliance with state laws Resolve payroll discrepancies in collaboration with HR and Finance departments Ensure compliance with federal state and local payroll regulations Administer wage garnishments child support orders and tax withholdings Maintain accurate employee data in payroll and HRIS systems Oversee paycard enrollment and distributions Respond to payroll related employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist in internal and external payroll audits Participate in payroll related projects and process improvements Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information Perform additional duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years of experience processing multi state payroll Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ADP Workforce Now Strong knowledge of payroll regulations compliance standards and tax requirements Certified Payroll Professional CPP preferred High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills COMPETENCIES Accuracy and Attention to Detail Ensuring precise payroll calculations maintaining error free records and upholding compliance standards across multi state jurisdictions Payroll Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge Demonstrating thorough knowledge of federal state and local payroll laws tax requirements and employment regulations Communication and Collaboration Effectively partnering with HR Finance and employees to resolve payroll issues and explain complex payroll matters clearly Physical requirements that are essential to the job Lifting Occasional light lifting up to 10 lbs of files or office materials Mobility Walking in office areas Working conditions Primarily performed onsite or hybrid Extended Sitting or Standing Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events Manual Dexterity Skills in using technology including computers and mobile devices We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible work environment If you require reasonable accommodation in performing the job duties as described in the job description discuss with your manager If driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements WHAT WE OFFER Comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision Wellness program Flexible Spending Accounts Company matching 401k contributions Paid time off for vacation holidays medical and volunteering Paid parental leave Training and educational assistance Support programs including Employee Assistance Program and Calm Health Optional benefits including short and long term disability life insurance and pet insurance Most importantly a caring team who is dedicated to your success #J-18808-Ljbffr Capital Consultants Management Corporation
