ID: 77997743 Shift: 12H Nights Nights + EOW + first to float, could float to sister facility Description: Unit 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months.*******Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position - 2 MAXIMUM ATTEMPTS, ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS, NO 3RD ATTEMPT ALLOWED: Required for: Ambulance Transport, Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CVICU, EP Lab, ER, Helicopter Transport (Flight), House Supervisor, PACU/Recovery, PCU, PICU, Pre-op/PACU, Stepdown, Telemetry/IMC, Transitional ICU/TCU units.*** There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions.Unit: B3A - Cardiopulmonary Telemetry and Neuro - 2 years minimum experience, required- # beds: 26- Certs: BLS, ACLS- Ratios: 1:3-4- Charge Nurse: Yes, no patient assignment. Also have a Manager in a management role.- Techs: PCTs - 1 per every 13 patients.- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.- Scrub Color: Navy- Tele: Centralized tele. RNs must be able to interpret EKGs.- Vents: Airvo/High Flow - Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Hospitalist rounds during the day and on call at night.- IV Team: No- RT 24/7: Yes- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes- Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 7-7.- Floor specific orientation: 2 days on the floor.- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Neuro, CVAs, pulmonary, general Telemetry Cancellation can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting BSN License to Trauma Level:1 Care Shift + EOW + first to float, could float to sister facility Required , BLS Certification, NIHSS Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Weeks:91
