About This Role Adventist Healthcare is seeking an experienced Rapid Response Registered Nurse (RN) for their Intensive Care Unit. This role is ideal for those who are dedicated to providing critical care support and improving patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Highlights Pay: $37 - $56/hour Location: Rockville, MD Facility: Shady Grove Medical Center Department/Unit: Intensive Care Unit Schedule: Part-time, Night shift What You'll Do Provide critical care support to nursing staff in all areas of the hospital. Respond to Rapid Response Team calls and activate Code STEMI, Sepsis, Stroke as appropriate. Ensure adherence to safety standards and care expectations. Work at bedside in critical care to maintain competencies. Collect and analyze data of rapid responses. Conduct proactive rounds on nursing units to identify at-risk patients. Demonstrate effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Participate in updating and upholding standards of practice. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and education programs. Promote Evidence-Based Practice for team members.
