- Completed HS/GED
- High school diploma or GED.
- College degree or education in administration or business management preferred.
- One year of experience in an office environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- PC literate, especially Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Honest, careful, and motivated to learn and grow.
- Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines.
