Every great logistics solution starts with great people - and that's where you come in.How You Create ImpactOwn the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Sea Logistics, Air Logistics, and Road Logistics, with a strong focus on Air Logistics.Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Recruit across operational, customer-facing, commercial, and leadership positions, including Customer Care, Operational Care, Gateway Operations, Pricing, Sales, Key Account Management, and other logistics functions.Build proactive talent pipelines for high-volume, specialized, and hard-to-fill positions. Use direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels to identify and engage talent.Provide hiring managers with market insights, talent availability, and sourcing recommendations.Deliver an engaging and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Use recruiting data and trends to identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.Contribute to talent mapping, workforce planning, employer branding, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.What We Would Like You To Bring5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.Experience recruiting within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or a related industry preferred.Knowledge of Air, Sea, and/or Road Logistics operations is strongly preferred.Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify both active and passive talent.Experience recruiting across multiple levels, from specialist and operational roles through management and leadership positions.Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach to working with hiring managers.Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting technology.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering results.What's In It For YouAt Kuehne+Nagel, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth of our Sea, Air, and Road Logistics businesses by connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities.You'll work closely with business and HR leaders, gain exposure to multiple areas of our logistics organization, and have the opportunity to influence how we attract and engage talent in a highly competitive market.This is an opportunity to join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team within a global organization, where you can continue developing your recruiting expertise while helping build the teams that move our customers' businesses forward.At Kuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
