SCADA Supervisor

The SCADA Supervisor will lead and support the SCADA systems for Arevon's renewable energy projects, including solar and energy storage, overseeing system development, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and ensuring project and operational excellence in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and prioritize the SCADA team on a daily basis Develop and maintain standards for SCADA and control requirements for PV and BESS projects Coordinate with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and resolve SCADA issues Assist in managing regulatory compliance requirements and site acceptance testing Collaborate with vendors on SCADA design, implementation, and testing Support development of technical documents and enforce contract requirements during project execution Requirements A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university or a similar level of technical training and education. At least 5 years of renewable energy SCADA experience. Strong working knowledge of medium and high voltage electrical systems as they relate to utility scale solar plants and battery energy storage systems. Experience in dealing with control systems and communication infrastructures related to automation. Prior understanding of operation of hybrid generating assets i.e., PV BESS. Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical explanations. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to work with others under all situations. Work within a project team, as well as analyzing, troubleshooting and prioritizing problems independently. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
