Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evaluation and treatment services to individuals requiring physical therapy.

• Pay: $40/hr
  Location: New York, NY

Responsibilities:

• Complete patient evaluations under physician orders and develop appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Provide direct physical therapy treatment and monitor patient progress.
• Adjust treatment plans as needed based on progress and clinical findings.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on treatment plans and recommendations.
• Work closely with other members of the rehabilitation and care teams to coordinate treatment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and communicate clinical findings and recommendations.
• Provide staff training and education as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing information.
• Ensure all services are provided in accordance with applicable state requirements and professional standards.
• Practice in accordance with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in NY
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous physical therapy experience preferred.
