Ready to level‑up your career? You're in the right place! Role Overview Manager – Finance & Strategy, Sales F&S Central. Focus on driving Salesforce's profitable growth by curating and delivering analytics with integrated company data and packaging findings into presentation‑ready content for executives. Responsibilities Develop deep knowledge of global bookings metrics (ACV, Net New Annual Order Value) and the Salesforce business model. Work cross‑functionally across global finance, operations, and distribution teams to accurately report and unlock insights that measure growth potential and business health by region, product, industry, deal size, new logo, market segment, and more. Build a framework for deep‑level insight and presentation‑ready content for GTM globally. Deliver insights that influence business leaders to better understand and manage critical metrics. Translate business needs into analytical frameworks that support critical initiatives and areas of opportunity. Develop repeatable reporting processes and presentation‑ready content leveraged by key stakeholders. Troubleshoot operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/processes to fix root causes. Analyze large volumes of datasets using tools such as SQL and Tableau. Required Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in analytics, finance, business operations, or management consulting. 5+ years of experience in analytics, finance, business operations or consulting. Ability to synthesize sophisticated data into simple, consumable deliverables with clear takeaways. Ability to work in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment with high degree of ambiguity and constant change. Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present insights from analysis. Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow. Team‑player who can lead and work effectively at all levels of an organization. Strong experience with MS Excel, Tableau, Google Suite, or other data‑visualization software. Experience writing SQL against databases such as Oracle or Snowflake. Experience or familiarity with the Salesforce platform is preferred. Location & Working Arrangement Hybrid – office 3 days per week.
