Position Overview

As an AT&T Business Sales Consultant, you will represent AT&T Business by connecting with business owners, decision-makers, and commercial customers. You will introduce business telecommunications products and services, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions that help businesses stay connected and operate efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in sales, marketing, and business development. No previous sales experience is required, as paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T Business professionally when interacting with business customers.
• Engage with business owners and decision-makers through face-to-face sales interactions.
• Introduce AT&T Business products and services, including wireless and business connectivity solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate business solutions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective customers.
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to customer acquisition efforts.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow company and client procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to develop new skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Reliable transportation to commute to assigned business locations.
• Full-time availability, including some Saturdays.
• Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
