Technical Helpdesk Support Agent

Working remotely as a contract Technical Helpdesk Support Agent II, the hourly consultant will resolve escalated technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking while providing support to Help Desk Technicians during 1st shift hours from Friday to Monday. Key responsibilities: Resolve escalated technical issues involving hardware, software, and network connectivity Perform account and access management, including onboarding and permissions changes Document incidents and recommend process improvements based on recurring issues Required qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in service desk, technical help desk, or network support Strong working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator certification preferred Experience with account and access management processes Virtual Vocations Inc
