Job Responsibilities

• Custom Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs to design personalized therapy strategies that enable them to reach their functional milestones.

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver holistic and comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Clinicians: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy methods to enhance recovery in ongoing routines at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal progress.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
