Job Responsibilities

• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based approaches aimed at enhancing patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, well-rounded care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to encourage ongoing progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure effective progression.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement and support for continuing education and further certifications.

Required Certifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is a must.
