Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach (Open)

Salisbury University is seeking a qualified individual to assist the Head Coach with all aspects of leading its nationally competitive and esteemed NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse program. This full-time assistant coaching position requires a strong commitment to the holistic development of student-athletes, including on-field preparation, academic achievement, and active community involvement. The successful candidate will support the program while ensuring strict adherence to NCAA Division III bylaws and the standards of Salisbury University Athletics.

This position reports to the Head Men's Lacrosse coach and ultimately to the Director of Athletics.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with college student-athletes, preferably in a collegiate athletic setting
• Strong foundational knowledge of NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse rules, regulations, and compliance standards
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong computer skills, experience with software related to recruitment of prospective student-athletes (Teamworks/ARMS, FrontRush)
• Outstanding time management skills with exceptional attention to detail

The position is a full-time, exempt state role with comprehensive benefits. Priority will be given to applicants who apply by October 7, 2026. However, the position will remain open until filled.
