What You’ll Do: Conduct general genetics evaluations and manage biochemical/metabolic disorders Perform inpatient consults in pediatric and neonatal units Collaborate with genetic counselors, nurses, and other medical staff Provide specialized metabolic disorder management Support outpatient and inpatient care in a hospital setting Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation Contribute to a multidisciplinary team in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center What You Need: Board Certification in Genetics (required) Missouri and Illinois medical licenses (will accept licensure candidates) Minimum 2 years of experience in genetics/metabolic disorders Strong diagnostic and collaborative skills BLS certification DEA and BNDD licenses About the Assignment: Support staff includes genetic counselors, nurses, and assistants, working in an outpatient clinic setting with some inpatient consults at a top-ranked children’s hospital affiliated with Saint Louis University.
