Technical Field Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as the first Technical Field Specialist based in Miami . Reporting directly to Javier, Regional Sales Manger , you will play a key role in supporting our customers, retailers, and partners throughout the region.

As the local technical expert and face of the company, you will provide product training, technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and field expertise to help ensure an exceptional customer experience. You'll enjoy the support of an established organization while benefiting from the autonomy and variety that comes with a field-based role.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who is passionate about field service, technical problem-solving, and building strong relationships within the pool industry.

What You'll Do

• Visit pool retailers, service companies, and industry partners throughout the Miami region.
• Deliver product training and technical presentations to sales and service teams.
• Provide guidance on product installation, startup, operation, and best practices.
• Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, and diagnosing pool equipment in the field.
• Conduct site visits at residential and commercial locations to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Respond to technical inquiries from technician, and dealers by phone, email, and in person.
• Partner closely with Javier, Regional Sales Manager, and the broader team to support customers and drive market success.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Technical Service, Warranty, and Operations teams to ensure outstanding after-sales service.
• Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and industry meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, technical issues, and field activities.
• Identify recurring product or customer challenges and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

We are Offering

• Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD (based on experience)
• Performance bonus eligibility: up to 10%

• Paid time off (PTO): 2 weeks (10 days)
• Up to 10 additional days weeks during Christmas Holidays

We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in technical field service, pool equipment, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or a related industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable delivering technical training and presentations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Pool industry experience is considered a strong asset.
