DENTAL PRACTICE COORDINATOR

We are a private dental practice with a friendly and supportive team environment seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Practice Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming patient experience, while also maintaining a full and productive hygiene schedule. Key Responsibilities Manage daily front office operations and patient flow Coordinate scheduling to optimize productivity and efficiency Ensure the hygiene schedule stays full through proactive recall, confirmations, and follow-up systems Monitor and manage open time in the schedule to minimize gaps Verify insurance, treatment plans, and financial arrangements Support case acceptance through strong communication and follow-up Oversee patient communication, confirmations, and recall systems Collaborate closely with clinical team to ensure seamless patient care Maintain accuracy in Dentrix (or similar PMS) Qualifications Minimum 2+ years dental front office experience required Dentrix experience preferred Strong understanding of insurance and treatment coordination Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Bilingual in Spanish is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and team‑oriented environment Established private practice with a strong patient base Apply today and become part of a practice that values patient care, teamwork, and a positive office culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cornerstone Dental Transitions
