This is a substantive, hands‑on role for a paralegal who can independently draft, redline, and manage contracts and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Draft, review, redline, and help negotiate a range of commercial agreements including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements Manage contract lifecycle from intake through execution and renewal Support entity management for domestic and, where applicable, international subsidiaries Assist with corporate governance, due diligence, and transactional matters Maintain organized contract and corporate records using document management systems Partner with attorneys and business units across the company Support process improvement and, where relevant, contract management technology Qualifications 7+ years of corporate and/or contracts paralegal experience Strong hands‑on experience with MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements Ability to independently draft, redline, and manage contracts Entity management and corporate governance experience preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable in a high-volume, fast‑paced environment Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and/or AI-driven legal tech a plus JD or paralegal certificate a plus Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
