Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' emotional and behavioral challenges, using structured diagnostic tools and interviews. \n Provide individual and group counseling sessions, implementing solution-focused therapeutic techniques to effectively address anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. \n Engage in crisis intervention strategies as needed, offering timely support and resources to clients during critical moments. \n Communicate and collaborate with family members and support systems to coordinate treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive support for clients. \n Document all client interactions meticulously; maintain accurate and timely clinical records, progress notes, and treatment documentation, in compliance with organizational policies. \n Work alongside interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and modify treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments and best practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will primarily work with adult clients who are seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health concerns. Our clinic serves a diverse population, and your ability to connect empathetically with clients from various backgrounds will be key to their therapeutic journey. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field is required. \n Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. \n Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing professional counseling services, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic modalities. \n Strong diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning skills, with proficiency in developing personalized interventions based on client assessments. \n Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers. \n Profiсient in using technology, including Microsoft Office applications, electronic health records (EHR), and telehealth platforms. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). \n Prior experience in a community health setting is a plus, particularly skills in working with underserved populations. \n Familiarity with crisis intervention models and techniques. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
