Back Senior Accounting Consultant Senior Accountant – Wakefield, MA, Hybrid KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing company in Wakefield, MA, seeking a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team. This role will support month‑end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, accounts payable review, internal controls, and process improvements. Responsibilities Support month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile account balances and maintain the general ledger Verify, allocate, and approve accounts payable transactions Prepare accounting reports and financial statements Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP Develop and document accounting processes and policies Support internal and external audits Assist with tax audits and tax returns Partner with Finance and Accounting leadership to improve reporting and procedures Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required 3+ years of accounting experience Public accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of GAAP NetSuite experience preferred Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment $55.00 – $80.00 per hour (June 25, 2026) $45-65/hr depending on experience If you are interested in this opportunity, please email Dalton Rolli at View email address on click.appcast.io for immediate consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
