Customer Service RepresentativeOur client, a leading Medical manufacturing company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This is for an initial duration of 03 months and is located at Golden, Colorado. Location: Golden, Colorado. Duration: 03 months Job Type: Contract (Candidates must be able to work on W2 without VISA sponsorship)Description:The Customer Service Representative provides sales, product support and logistical services to clients to assist the organization in achieving its sales objectives and maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction. Work with internal departments to ensure client product and service needs are being met in a timely manner.The position is responsible for a broad range of activity, requires excellent time management skills, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting company and client expectations.Based on prospective client requirements, generate and provide sales quotations in an effort to gain new clients and generate revenueMaintain client product profiles based on historical purchases and proficiency testing enrollment in order to generate and distribute client quotations on an ongoing basisCreate and maintain client pricelists and discount pricing agreementsProcess client orders, generate required paperwork and documentation to be provided with product shipmentPrepare client orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy of selected products and complete and accurate product paperwork/documentationPrepare and complete custom paperwork including Rapid Returns and Fast Tracks following guidelines in preparation for shippingHandling of incoming customer support calls, emails, web requestsFulfill client service-related functions for specific international, key accounts, and OpCo sister company accountsOther sales/client service/logistical and customer satisfaction related activities as requiredEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:High school diploma or GED3+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales Support. Knowledge of Microsoft D365 preferredAbility to work as part of a team and in a fast and efficient mannerAbility to effectively handle multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneouslyCompensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $28-30.00 per hour.
