You'll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support a highly automated manufacturing operation.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Maintenance in or within the same industry is beneficialFollows all safety rules, regulations, laws and procedures regarding any and all aspects of the job, including lockout/tagout, confined space, and othersFollows all preventative maintenance procedures and schedules.Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements using measuring instruments.Repairs or replaces defective parts, using hand tools and power tools. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices, using hand tools.Starts devices to test their performance.Lubricates and cleans parts.Operates any equipment needed to perform job.Performs related duties as assigned by ManagerEducation and/or Knowledge/Experience Required:High School diploma or general education degree (GED) desired by not requiredA maintenance certification is desired or a minimum two to four years related experience and/or training; or experience in a manufacturing environment.Technicians provide their own standard hand tools. Specialized tools and company equipment are provided by Allegiant Manufacturing.Knowledge of and experience working with PM software is preferred.Able to troubleshoot maintenance problems using PLC programs,Basic Knowledge of Robotic Operations,Able to read Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematics.
