What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care in a high-volume Cath Lab environment, assisting with complex diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Monitor and scrub for cardiac, peripheral vascular, neuro, and structural heart interventions including TAVR, MitraClip, and more.
• Circulate, scrub, and perform hemodynamic monitoring during procedures involving devices such as Impella, IABP, and laser atherectomy.
• Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation while assessing critical patient needs.
• Support diverse patient cases, ensuring sterile technique and proper management of imaging systems and medical equipment.
• Float between multiple facilities in Shreveport to support overall operational needs.

What You Need

• Valid RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• At least 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience.
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate; experience with complex interventional procedures preferred.
• Key skills: sterile technique, critical assessment, device management (Impella, IABP, etc.), patient monitoring.
• Valid driver's license required for floating between facilities.
