• This Customer Service Rep will be responsible for coordinating hotel, ground transportation, and catering arrangements for pilots.
• Respond to day-of-operations schedule changes and travel disruptions.
• Contact hotels and transportation providers to secure and confirm reservations.
• Monitor operational queues and assist in preventing service failures.
• Communicate with pilots, vendors, and internal operations teams.
• Utilize FedEx's proprietary systems to manage travel and lodging logistics.
• Support the Flight Service Desk team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Potentially handle pilot phone calls as training and experience progress.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required
• Prior experience working in travel coordination, airline operations, hospitality, corporate travel or crew scheduling support
• Must have experience working with Microsoft Office applications and performing data entry (60% of job is on computer)
• Must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Team-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Memphis,TN.
