Duties

• Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
• Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with filing, clerical duties, and maintaining organized records.
• Utilize Eaglesoft effectively.

Skills

• Proficiency in dental terminology.
• Experience with dental office management software.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of health information management practices is beneficial.
