You'll be part of a team that values efficiency, safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Why You'll Love This JobCompetitive Pay: Earn $23-$25 per hour.Consistent Schedule: Work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.Weekly Paychecks: Get paid every Friday!Growth Opportunities: Join a stable organization with opportunities to expand your skills in warehouse and logistics operations.ScheduleDays: Monday - FridayHours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMType: Eval-to-HirePayRate: $23-$25 per hourPay Frequency: Weekly paychecks every Friday!BenefitsAt Express Employment Professionals Forest Lake, we offer benefits to all of our Associates from day one, including:MedicalDentalVisionShort-Term DisabilityTerm LifeSick and Safe TimeReferral ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramHoliday Pay, for qualifying AssociatesResponsibilitiesCoordinate the shipment of domestic and international freight to and from company locations, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners.Manage the safe storage and organization of products within the warehouse.Prepare bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, hazardous materials documentation, and other freight carrier paperwork.Execute cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.Receive incoming goods and accurately enter inventory and shipment information into company databases.Calculate shipment weights and dimensions to estimate freight costs and determine transportation requirements.Provide backup support for logistics, international business, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed.Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.SkillsHigh school diploma or GED required; 2-year or 4-year degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment.ERP system experience required.Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred.SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience preferred.Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse documentation.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Ability to follow verbal instructions and perform basic math calculations.Current valid driver's license with a good driving record.Drug screen required.Background check required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.About Express Employment Professionals Forest LakeEstablished in 2015, Express Employment Professionals in Forest Lake, MN has partnered with almost 300 companies in the area.
