Warehouse Lead Associate

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse freight operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, admin skills, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse and inventory control systems. This role is vital in maintaining smooth operational processes, optimizing inventory workflows, and leading a team to meet organizational goals.

Duties

Lead a small 1-2 person team
providing guidance and support to the drivers to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
Report issues and discrepancies to the Warehouse Director (direct Supervisor)
Oversee inventory management
Coordinate warehouse distribution activities such as freight trucks.
Operate or supervise the operation of forklifts and other mechanical equipment for heavy lifting and materials handling tasks.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and streamline warehouse operations.
Manage warehouse documentation related to shipping, receiving, inventory adjustments, and compliance records.

Training Rate: $20.00- $22.00 an hour for the first 60 days of employment
