Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for primary care services
• Support and guide physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
• Educate patients on treatment, prevention, and wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Support FQHC quality and performance initiatives

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Current, unrestricted Ohio medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board certified or board eligible in applicable specialty
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
