Technique Roofing is looking for an Installation Technician / Laborer to support our commercial roofing service team in the field. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in commercial roofing by learning hands-on from experienced technicians and foremen.

The Install Tech assists with service calls, repairs, inspections, and jobsite preparation while developing the foundational skills needed to grow into a Service Technician role.

Your Role

• Assist technicians and foremen with service repairs and maintenance on commercial roofing systems
• Support jobsite setup, material handling, and cleanup
• Learn to identify basic roof issues and assist in repair execution
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies at all times
• Help document service calls through photos and basic job notes
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in clean and working condition
• Support crew productivity by preparing materials and assisting with efficient job execution
• Travel to job sites and work in varying weather conditions
• Demonstrate willingness to learn roofing systems, repair methods, and service processes

What You Bring

• 0–2 years of construction or roofing experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Commitment to safety and following direction from crew leaders
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license preferred
