The Office of Strategic Operations and Performance Management (SOPM) in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer for DOHMH is responsible for leading the implementation of policy efforts across the agency. This office supports the overarching strategies of DOHMH, fosters organizational alignment with those strategies, and supplements divisional capacity as needed. SOPM supports the agency's external, partner-facing public health programming through rapid development, deployment, and stewardship of data management tools.
