Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)

Job Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish by phone and email. Assist customers with account questions, billing, service requests, and internet-related inquiries. Research and resolve customer issues using internal systems. Maintain confidentiality of customer information. Meet call center performance goals and quality standards. Promote additional services when appropriate. Follow company policies and complete other duties as assigned. Pay & Shift Pay: $18.00 per hour Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). 2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong computer, communication, and multitasking skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Reliable attendance and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
