With over 1.5 million connected assets worldwide, we're focused on using data, advanced analytics, and AI capabilities to help our customers build a better world.**What You Will Do:**This role will drive execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within the Cat Digital eCommerce by: * Leading delivery of high-impact initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and achieving measurable results* Acting as an embedded partner across teams, actively engaging stakeholders to drive clarity, alignment, and sustained forward momentum* Facilitating decision-making and resolving ambiguity, helping teams navigate complex challenges and competing priorities with clear direction* Driving cross-functional alignment on priorities, ownership, and execution approach, ensuring shared understanding and commitment to outcomes* Enabling teams to execute effectively, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers and working hands-on to remove them* Translating strategy into coordinated action, shaping work into structured initiatives while adapting as priorities and conditions evolve* Owning visibility into progress and outcomes, delivering clear, concise updates that support informed leadership decisions* Fostering a results-oriented environment, holding teams accountable to outcomes while actively supporting successful delivery**What You Have:****Planning: Tactical, Strategic:** Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.**Project Administration:** Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.**Decision Making and Critical Thinking:** Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.**Data Gathering and Reporting:** Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.**Considerations For Top Candidates:****What Will Set You Apart (Top Candidates Will Have):*** 4-year college degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field OR equivalent working experience* Experience with eCommerce domains, systems, and outcomes* Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment without direct authority* Experience as a Scrum Master of a Business Analyst* Program Management skills* Experience as a Product Owner* Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working partnerships across business units, dealers, and peer groups* Clear understanding of customer and dealer needs, with the ability to apply that perspective to support practical and commercially effective solutions* Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, bringing structure and clarity without relying on predefined processes**What You Will Get:**Working with a Fortune 100 leader, you can build your career on a global scale and take advantage of development opportunities with emerging technologies.
