Senior Grant Accountant

Monitor grant budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance. Prepare grant billings, reimbursements, and financial reports. Reconcile grant activity and maintain supporting documentation. Assist with month-end close, audits, and annual budgeting processes. Partner with program managers on grant spending and financial performance.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience, including nonprofit grant accounting. Knowledge of nonprofit accounting and grant compliance. Strong Excel and financial systems skills. Excellent analytical and communication abilities. Experience with NYC, NYS, and federal grants.
