Our practice focuses on tax and client advisory services, supported by bookkeeping and financial statement work. Why this role stands out Work directly with the firm’s partners Build real relationships with business and individual clients Gain experience across both tax and CAS Join a firm with a genuine path to ownership for the right person Be part of a team-oriented environment What you’ll do Prepare individual, partnership, S corporation, and corporate tax returns Prepare financial statements and assist with related accounting work Support client advisory services engagements Assist with bookkeeping and other client support activities as needed Work closely with clients and partners on service and planning needs What we’re looking for CPA license or actively pursuing CPA licensure 3 –5 years of recent public accounting experience Experience preparing business and individual tax returns Experience with financial statement preparation Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach Organized, dependable, and interested in long-term growth Competitive Salary and Benefits package Performance bonus opportunity Paid CPA dues, licensing, and CPE 401(k) with 3% employer match 3 weeks PTO Half-day Fridays during the summer Office closed for the remainder of the week after the April tax deadline Busy season expectations January 15–April 15: generally Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. , Saturdays 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. , plus additional time as needed.
