Role overview This is a key leadership role in our organisation. As a team Manager, you will lead from the front by spearheading both personal billing and the expansion of diverse teams, comprising consultants from trainee level to team leaders. You will drive your teams towards achieving their monthly and annual targets as well as promotional goals, setting the standard through personal performance and generating at least one personal deal per month. Areas of responsibility As a Manager, you will be a brand ambassador internally for your team and externally for TRG. You and your team will provide our candidates and clients with high levels of customer service, representing yourself as a credible, professional industry expert that demonstrates best recruitment practices and leadership behaviours at all times. You will be expected to drive productivity and KPI targets set in your Monthly Business Review. Business Development Lead the business development strategy for your team, which will include market mapping and ensuring that consultants are covering their assigned territories. Develop relationships with existing and new hiring managers to win business for both yourself and team members. Actively cross‑sell other brands when interacting with customers. Attend client meetings and relevant industry events where appropriate. Regularly connect with managers and team leaders of other brands to increase customer base. Engage with client management to maximise the opportunity with each client. Candidate Management Develop and mandate robust team processes to deliver excellent customer service to our candidates. Ensure the team identifies new high‑demand candidates through advertising, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Ensure the team conducts aftercare with all placed candidates. Client and Job Management Take ownership and responsibility for high‑value clients. Provide high‑level market knowledge to clients across various industries. Ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly through regular contact with your team. Negotiate the best Terms of Business for all of your team’s jobs. Conduct aftercare calls post‑placement for the whole team. Assist team members with any client and job management challenges. Systems and Processes Lead regarding the utilisation of our database, Phoenix, and ensure data integrity across the team. Ensure all marketing and advertising generated personally and by the team adhere to TRG compliance standards. Take immediate action on any negative customer‑service feedback. Team Development Consistently demonstrate best‑practice recruitment and leadership behaviours in line with TRG expectations. Recruit and induct new starters following TRG guidelines. Train, coach, and mentor team members at all levels to ensure they have the recruitment skills necessary to hit and exceed activity targets. Create and promote a customer‑centric, results‑focused, collaborative team culture. Review, analyse, and target team member activity using the relevant MBR documents. Reporting Set and review individual and team activity targets for client and candidate generation, CV sends, interviews and deals using the CRM system. Pledge and re‑pledge deals accurately for all teams. Maintain a constant review of team fee performances against monthly and yearly budgets. Compensation Range $95,000 - $200,000 *includes base and projected commission potential year 1, however earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance!
