Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Three Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for the upcoming school year, each with a caseload of approximately 35 students. Your primary focus will be working mostly with K-6 populations across elementary and intermediate school settings, though assignments may involve middle and high school students as well as various out-of-district placements in York County. The schedule mirrors the traditional school day—Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm—ensuring predictable work hours.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist certification (PA Certified Speech).
• School-based SLP experience; pediatric and teletherapy backgrounds valued.
• Eligibility to bill Medical Assistance (MA) required.
• Proficient in IEP development and committed to using district platforms (Sapphire).
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and experienced SLPs welcome.
• Ability to provide services both onsite and via teletherapy (up to one day per week remotely).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, accustomed to multidisciplinary teamwork.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy for K-12 students, with a primary caseload in the K-6 range.
• Manage and update IEP documentation using the provided technology and platforms.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers.
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and student progress meetings.
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services as outlined in student IEPs across assigned school sites.
