• Shift: Variable (8, 10, or 12-hour days dependent on scheduled procedures)
• Hours/week: 40 hours (plus overtime after 40 hours)

• Licenses/Certifications: WA State license, DEA, Board Certified/Eligible
• Experience: Trauma experience highly preferred
• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (strictly for bidding purposes; actual pay discussed upon application)

What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient anesthesia coverage for high-volume, high-acuity surgical procedures
• Manage anesthesia during various surgical cases, including trauma-related procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care
• Assist with procedure-related anesthesia and possible satellite site coverage
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthetic and patient records
• Work minimum of 3 shifts per week, scheduled as 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

What You Need:

• Current, unrestricted WA State CRNA license
• DEA registration
• Trauma experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Strong communication skills
• Availability for full-time ongoing coverage
