Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting three experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a long-term locum assignment supporting two leading hospitals within a major regional health system in Spokane, Washington .

This is an outstanding opportunity for CRNAs who thrive in a busy, high-acuity surgical environment and are seeking long-term schedule stability. You'll join an experienced anesthesia team with exposure to a broad range of complex surgical specialties while enjoying the flexibility and earning potential of locum tenens.

Start: As soon as credentialed (approximately 6090 days)

Duration: Through May 31, 2027

Coverage: Scheduled clinical hours only (No Call)

Schedule:

• Full-time ongoing coverage
• Minimum 3 shifts per week
• Typically 8-, 10-, or 12-hour day shifts based on procedural volume
• Providers must be available throughout the month (no week-on/week-off or piecemeal schedules)

Practice Sites:

• Primary tertiary hospital
• Occasional coverage at a second hospital approximately 15 minutes away within the same health system

EMR: Epic

• Large tertiary referral program with 28 operating rooms
• Busy, high-volume surgical service
• Fast-paced trauma environment
• Adult and pediatric patient population
• Coverage across two hospitals within the same regional health system

Top-tier trauma experience is strongly preferred.

• Strong trauma experience in a high-acuity hospital setting
• Ability to commit to ongoing full-time coverage through the duration of the assignment

Rate: Negotiable based on provider availability, commitment, and experiencewe pay at the top of the market.
